When a business is formed, the Memorandum of Association is signed and entered into. Therefore, the MOA needs to undergo an amendment in order to make any changes to the objective of the business. Amending the MOA isn’t as easy as it sounds. If there are a few changes, it is simple; however if the main objects in the MOA need to be changed, it can be complex.
Once the board has decided on the name change or the change of objectives, a resolution needs to be passed. A few documents will be needed from you. The RoC has to approve it for the further process.
The required forms for the change will be filled by our representative who will contact you if there is need of any extra document. You will need to declare the turnover projection for the next three years and a confirmation that the new objectives will be followed the next six months.
